What information does the OIC Pre-Qualifier require?

The tool asks for your filing status, number of dependents, monthly household income, monthly household expenses, and information about your assets including bank accounts, investments, real estate equity, and vehicles. It then applies the IRS Reasonable Collection Potential formula to generate a preliminary offer amount.
